Q1. Who is eligible to avail the promotion?
A1. This offer is applicable only to desh, LF, desh Rang, E-voucher & SME inactive customers who are not using the SIM from 20th October 2007. These customers will need to recharge minimum of Tk.50 at a time during the promotion period to avail the promotion

Q2. How many times can I avail the 50 free off net minutes?
A2. You can avail the 50 free off net minutes only once in the promotion i.e. every customer will get only once during the promotion if s/he recharges with the Tk.50 or above amount at a time

Q3. How can I avail this promotion?
A3. You need to recharge with Tk.50 or above within the promotion period to avail the promotion effective from 28th November 2007

Q4. If I recharge Tk.10 on 28th Nov, Tk. 20 on 30th Nov and again Tk. 20 on 4th Dec, will I be eligible for the bonus?
A4. No. Your minimum required recharge amount has to be of Tk. 50 or above at a time in the promotion period. Cumulative recharge will not be considered as valid recharge for the bonus

Q5. Will I get 50 free off net minutes all at once?
A5. No. Bonus off net minutes will be given spreading over equal 2 installments i.e. 25 off net minutes in each installment

Q6. Can I call to on net numbers with the free minutes?
A6. No. Bonus minutes can be used only to off-net.

Q7. How can I get 1st installment?
A7. You will get the 1st 25 off net minutes upon recharge of Tk.50 or above at a time within the promotion period effective from 28th November. 1st 25 off net minutes will be given within 48hours of the recharge.

Q8. How can I get my 2nd installment?
A8. No condition will apply to get the 2nd installment. You will get the 2nd 25 off net minutes on the 30th day of 1st installment given date

Q9. I forgot to recharge with Tk.50 within the promotional period. Can I get 2nd 25 free off net minutes after recharging Tk.50?
A9. No. You will not get the bonus minutes since you haven't recharged with at least Tk.50 at a time within the promotional period.

Q10. I have successfully recharged Tk.50 once during the promotion. Can I avail both the promotions (300 SMS promo and reactivation promo)
A10. Yes

Q11. I am a regular prepaid customer, am I eligible for this promotion?
A11. Regular customers are not entitled. If regular customers migrate to LF/desh/desh Rang, they will be entitled to get the free minutes if they successfully recharge within the promotional period

Q12. What happens if I migrate from one package to another i.e. LF to desh etc?
A12.If any customer migrates from desh to LF or LF to desh/LF/desh to desh rang during the promotional period; the free minutes will carry over as this promotion is meant for these packages

Q13. I am a SME customer. Can I avail the 300 SMS promotion by recharging Tk.50?
A13. No, SME customers can only enjoy free off net minutes on recharge- not 300 on net SMS
